Every infant must still appear on the passenger list, even when the published rate is free.

A smoother family handover

Prepare the party before the airport.

Keep the group on one request

Use one lead contact and the same flight details for everyone travelling together.

Share confirmed assistance

Tell the team about wheelchair or other special assistance already arranged with the airline.

Carry essentials yourself

Keep documents, medication and infant supplies accessible throughout the airport sequence.

Important boundaries

What remains with the family and airline.

Children stay with their responsible adult at every stage.

The service does not provide legal guardianship, childcare or unaccompanied-minor handling.

Wheelchair, medical and boarding assistance must be arranged with the operating airline.

Infants cannot be omitted from the passenger list even when they travel free.
