A confirmed meeting plan
The confirmation records the flight, terminal, meeting point, time and contact method.
PVG · Official meet and assist
A named meeting plan is paired with personal guidance through the eligible arrival or departure sequence. The exact handover and steps depend on direction, terminal and live operating conditions.
Short answer
For an arrival, the representative follows the confirmed post-flight meeting procedure and guides the party through eligible arrival steps. For a departure, the representative meets the party at the confirmed place and time, then guides it towards check-in and the gate.

Airline deadlines still apply. Fast Track cannot guarantee a completion time, boarding or a connection.
Extras are not assumed. Lounge, porter or transport services apply only when stated in writing.
