Cairport.com is a passenger-information and Fast Track website for Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

1. The website provides airport guidance, live-flight lookup and access to Fast Track booking information.
2. Flight times, terminals, gates, airport services, hours, prices, rules and operating conditions can change without notice.
3. The operating airline remains the source for check-in deadlines, baggage rules, schedule changes and carriage decisions.
4. Government authorities retain responsibility for security, immigration and customs decisions.
5. No flight, visa, admission, authority outcome, uninterrupted access or complete accuracy of third-party data is guaranteed.
6. External links are supplied for convenience; the destination website’s own terms and privacy rules apply.

04 · FAST TRACK

Fast Track service terms

Fast Track is a separate assisted-airport service and does not replace airline or authority procedures.

1. A service request is confirmed only after availability, passenger details and payment have been verified.
2. Published prices are USD 395 per guest aged 2 and over for a one-way arrival or departure service, and USD 750.50 per guest aged 2 and over for a round trip.
3. Guests aged 2 and over are USD 395 one way or USD 750.50 round trip. Infants under 2 are free but must still be included in the booking. Eligibility, taxes, payment charges and exact inclusions are confirmed before payment.
4. Prices and availability may change according to service date, terminal, passenger count, operating conditions and the assistance requested. A displayed price does not reserve availability.
5. The booking confirmation is the source for the meeting point, included services, passenger count, contact method and scheduled time.
6. Passengers remain responsible for accurate passenger and flight data, valid passports and visas, customs rules, airline deadlines and all airline requirements.
7. Fast Track cannot bypass mandatory procedures or guarantee a queue-free journey, a specific duration, a flight outcome or a decision by immigration, customs, security or an airline.
8. Changes, cancellations, refunds and no-show treatment follow the conditions supplied before payment and with the confirmed booking. Incorrect details or failure to contact support may limit or prevent service delivery.
9. Flight disruption, airport closure, authority decisions and other events outside the service team’s reasonable control may require a change or cancellation.
